Bacon and Sausage Cupcakes with Pickle Frosting

Ingredients:

• 2 cups of all-purpose flour

• 1/2 cup of bacon grease (melted)

• 1/4 cup of sausage drippings

• 1/2 cup of sugar

• 2 eggs

• 1/2 cup of whole milk

• 1 cup of crumbled bacon (extra greasy)

• 1 cup of ground sausage (uncooked)

• 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder

• 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda

• 1/2 teaspoon of salt

Pickle Frosting:

• 1/2 cup of mayonnaise

• 1/2 cup of sweet pickle relish

• 1/4 cup of powdered sugar

• 1 tablespoon of mustard

• Dash of pickle juice for extra tang
