Ankle spreader bar

Experimental - first try at a lora and no idea what I'm doing.

Used spr3ader_bar for the tag. Seems to achieve something with a weight of 0.5-0.7 combining the activation tag with other related tags like spreader_bar.

Will have another go in a bit...
