Tsumugi Shirogane ( Danganronpa ) [Flux]

Tsumugi Shirogane [実験版]（Danganronpa）のLoRAも試してみてください。これは将来的にこのバージョンの次期アップデートになる予定ですが、正式リリース前にいくつか新しい学習手法を試しているところです。

Tsumugi Shirogane — Danganronpa V3の究極のコスプレイヤー。このLoRAを使えば、Tsumugiの公式衣装やDanganronpa関連のアートスタイルで画像を作成できますが、他の衣装やスタイルにも柔軟に対応できるよう設計されています。Tsumugiがコスプレできる能力を備えるのは当然です！

キャプションにはタグではなく自然言語を使用して学習しました。そのため、このLoRAでは自然言語のプロンプトが最も良い結果をもたらすでしょう。しかし、ランダムなワイルドカード値をいくつかタグとして投入したところ、意外と良い結果が出たので、ギャラリーにいくつか例を掲載しています。ワイルドカードのテキストの中には意味の通らないようなものもありましたが、それでもいくつかの画像は比較的良く仕上がりました。まるでランダムな概念の寄せ集めのようなものですが、結果はそこそこ良好です。

いくつかの特定の画像タイプについて、ある程度の成功率で再現できるように学習しました。画像にはさまざまなプロンプトオプションを含め、比較・対比しやすいように配慮しました。主なオプションは以下の通りです。

Danganronpa The Animation：プロンプトに「This is an anime screencap from Danganronpa The Animation」と入力すると、アニメシリーズ『Danganronpa The Animation』の画風を再現できます。

Danganronpa 3（アニメ）：プロンプトに「This is an anime screencap from Danganronpa 3.」と入力してください。

Danganronpaのスプライト：プロンプトに「danganronpa sprite style」と記述すると、Danganronpaの画風を模倣できます。例：「this image is in the danganronpa sprite style」。名前とは異なり、この学習ではGUIあり・なしのフルスクリーンショットとキャラクタースプライトのリップデータをすべて使用しています。理論的には、フル画像を「Danganronpa風」に変換できるはずです。

その他の衣装：このLoRAはTsumugiの衣装に対して非常に柔軟です。ギャラリーには、学習データに含まれていない衣装を着用したTsumugiの画像もいくつか掲載しています。

背景：特定の場所については学習していませんが、学習データに頻繁に登場した場所があります。Danganronpa V3やジャベロック島の設定をプロンプトに含めると、結果が改善する可能性があります。単に「V3」や「Jabberwock Island」と記述するだけでも、適切な方向に導く助けになるかもしれません。

学習素材：学習データの大部分はDanganronpa V3およびDanganronpa Sから取得し、可能な限り公式の補足資料も追加しました。ゲーム関連データにはすべてのスプライトといくつかのゲーム内スクリーンショットを含み、LLMでキャプションを生成した後、手動で編集しました。さらに、『Danganronpa The Animation』と『Danganronpa 3』の画風学習も追加しました。後者については学習データが混ざる可能性を懸念しましたが、有無を比較した結果、差異は見られなかったため、追加しました。これにより、別途LoRAを追加せずに画風を柔軟に変更できます。ただし、Tsumugiはこれらの素材に登場しなかったため、Chiakiのように恩恵を受けることができません。

注意：Tsumugiの髪の色はさまざまな作品間で一貫性がなく、Chiakiほど悪くはありませんが、それでも問題があります。Fluxは髪の色をやや混乱する傾向があり、それはSpike Chunsoftも同様に混乱しているためです。また、このLoRAは「danganronpa sprite style」を使用した際に、背景を「Danganronpa風」に変換する一貫性がやや低いように感じられます。完全な効果を得るには複数回生成が必要な可能性があります。「danganronpa V3 GUI style」と「danganronpa S GUI style」を併用すると、効果を高められるかもしれません。ただし、当然のことながら、GUI要素が表示される場合もあります。同様に、GUI要素を使用すると、アニメ風のスタイルを圧倒し、ゲーム内風の美学に傾斜してしまう傾向があります。振り返ってみると、GUI表示の改善に過剰に力を注ぎすぎたせいで、GUIを含まないゲーム内アートの学習が不十分になってしまったかもしれません。

このLoRAのSDXLおよびSD 1.5版への移植はまもなく公開予定です。現在、両方のプレリリース版を試しているところですが、学習手法を少し調整できないか試しています。Flux用Chiakiデータは、現在の状態でも問題なく学習できます。SDXLとSD 1.5のTsumugi LoRAを公開した後、次にChiakiのLoRAを公開する予定です。ただし、Chiakiは『Danganronpa 3』アニメに多く登場するため、そのアニメのデータセットを強化するまで少し待つ必要があります。また、一般に『Danganronpa 3』アニメの画風を強化する価値が非常に高いと感じているため、Chiaki LoRAの公開には数日から1週間ほど遅れが出る可能性がありますが、それ以上はかからないと思います。
