(Janky) Lora of Lilia Vanrouge from Twisted Wonderland. Probably will retrain with better tagging and/or alternate costumes. Mostly made since my Shamrock LORA seemed to get a bit of traction, and I had a fair bit of Buzz burning a hole in my wallet.

Trained mostly on his primary outfit/uniform from Night Raven Academy.
