In Ben-To, the story centers around high school student Yō Satō, who unknowingly gets pulled into an intense "battle royale" for discounted bento boxes at supermarkets. After getting knocked out while trying to grab a half-priced bento, he discovers that these brawls are a nightly occurrence, with fighters known as "Wolves" vying for the prized meals. Satō is soon recruited into the Half-Priced Food Lovers Club by Sen Yarizui, a fierce competitor known as the "Ice Witch." The anime blends action, comedy, and absurdity, as the characters battle for their next meal in over-the-top, often hilarious fights.
