Original description above. This is a reupload of a model created by Tian28. I've seen a few of their models make it back up, so uploading this one I had at a request. I have a HTML backed up, and can see the old page, so I'll copy its permissions too. I will remove it if needed or requested to by site staff or by Tian28 if they can somehow verify to a reasonable extent that they're Tian28.
