Kei - Akira - Pony

1991 is upon us, and I was just 13 when I first saw Akira when I rented it on VHS, might have
even been Betamax lol. It was never my first Anime, I think that title goes to
Dominion Tank Police hahah!
Anyhow the movie blew my mind, the animations, action, adventure, sci fi, cyberpunk. It had it all.
More Anime would see the light of day in Europe under the Manga Entertainment label, and I did collect a few vhs because I was hooked haha!

Kei, a girl who joined the resistance, helps Ryu and other members to free Takashi.
Later she gets arrested and meets Kaneda, ultimately ending up fighting Tetsuo.
