For the outfit just put egyptian clothing in the positive prompts

If you are having issues trying to remove the thing around his neck, then put things like "neckwear" in the negative prompts to remove it. The AI likes to leave that in since it's part of his design, so try and play with the weights too if that isn't helping. Putting "egyptian clothing" in the negative prompts seems to help too if you need his out appearance gone entirely.
