Paddled - Spanking LoRa for Pony

I thought it would be hard to implement another kind of spanking, but it turns out it wasn't really.

Trigger Paddled should produce a paddle impacting on buttocks.

Trigger holding paddle should produce a handheld implement. Who's holding it and in which direction is a bit of a game of chance, though.
