Bambi

a young reindeer prince who lives in the forest, the son of the Great Prince of the Forest, and the best friend of the hare Thumper and the skunk Flower.

Bambi is the main character in the fairy tale Bambi (A Life in the Woods) by Felix Salten. He has made cameo appearances in several Disney films. In his own cartoons, he was changed into a white-tailed deer to appear more familiar to American audiences. His image is a Disney symbol, comparable in attributes to Mickey Mouse, and he is even featured on Disney stock certificates.
