Just load your image and hit Queue Prompt
the workflow will detect and make a mask for the chin. I will also remove the lips from the mask
then using my https://civitai.com/models/775002/chin-fixer-2000 LoRA it will inpaint just the chin
run again if you hit a bad seed
If you want to change something else like the Nose
just change out "chin, cleft chin, jawbone, bottom of head " with
"nose"
in the "What we are fixing" node
