Recommended LoRA weight: start around 0.65. Lower weights can add light cyberpunk/mecha details; higher weights can strengthen the full style. Different checkpoints react differently, so treat 0.65 as the first testing point rather than a fixed rule.

This is a stylized cyberpunk / steampunk / mecha-musume LoRA for sci-fi female characters. It is designed to create mechanical body details, robot joints, cybernetic suits, gemstone-like sci-fi decoration, reflective floors, simple backgrounds, and elegant female cyborg silhouettes without turning every character into heavy armor.

Style Design

  • Not heavy armor: the design intentionally avoids a thick armored look, so the female body shape can stay visible.
  • Cyberpunk + steampunk fusion: the LoRA can add mechanical parts, cables, robot joints, mecha ornaments, and a futuristic industrial atmosphere.

  • If the LoRA affects the background too much: lower the MID layer weight with LoRA Block Weight / layer settings. You can even try MID = 0, then raise the total LoRA weight slightly.

Recommended / tested checkpoints: ReV Animated was the original recommended checkpoint. Other tested or commonly paired checkpoints include theallysmix, v80, perfectworld, and revanimated. Different checkpoints will change the face, color, background, and body proportions, so use these names as practical references rather than strict requirements.

LoRA pairing: I often pair this style with my own face LoRA, Flower Bean's face model, add_detail, LowRA, OC, film style, epiNoiseoffset, and other LoRAs. If the image becomes unstable, reduce the weights of other LoRAs first, then adjust this LoRA.

Negative prompt for reducing unwanted NSFW output: nsfw, pussy, nipples, cleavage, sex. Add these when you want stronger suppression of unwanted NSFW content.

Version Notes

V5.0: V4.0 was skipped because I was not satisfied with that experiment. V5.0 focuses on three problems reported from earlier versions: full-body generation, pose control at higher LoRA weights, and the LoRA's impact on hands/background. It is not a perfect solution, but it is much easier to adjust than before.

V3.0: improved generalization. Earlier versions could affect body movement and background too strongly, so the dataset, learning rate, and hierarchical training weights were adjusted.

V2.0: upgraded dataset quality, regularization, optimizer, layer settings, and base model compatibility. The goal was to make the LoRA easier to combine with other LoRAs and less likely to degrade at higher weights.

Troubleshooting

Why can't I generate exactly the same image as the examples?
Different checkpoints, VAEs, samplers, LoRAs, extensions, and local environments will change the final result. Use the examples as direction, not as a fixed target.

What if the image becomes noisy or mosaic-like at high weight?
Lower this LoRA weight, reduce other LoRA weights, or use LoRA Block Weight / layer settings.

What if the background becomes too cyberpunk or too mechanical?
Lower the MID layer weight and keep the prompt focused on the subject. This LoRA is stylized, so it naturally affects more than clothing.

What if hands become worse?
Use a lower LoRA weight, reduce conflicting LoRAs, and test the checkpoint with/without hires fix. Hand-fix LoRAs are not recommended as a default.
