Miss Decibel (Sly Cooper)

A Villain from the Sly Cooper series, she's a high class britsh citizen (and is a Indian Elephant) who after a bad musical performance stuck her trumpet in her trunk, now she can blow hipnotic notes.

She's sometimes green (Game) or grey (CG and fanart), it can do a bit of the trumpet stuck in her trunk, but the trumpet valves can be missing, so expect a lot of IMG2IMG to make the canon look, she removed the trumpet later, but it makes her lame like a Elephant in a Pink coat with a Sia/Lady Gaga hair.

It was used only two images of Lon Blue Wolf (Artist) some CG renders, gameplay footage ( a friend did for me, my PS2 has it's lens fried) and fanart, i dunno why his style appears so much, maybe it's too accurate with the canon art.
