Prinz Eugen (from Kantai Collection) [Pony]

I wanted to make a Prinz Eugen generation but all I could find were the ones from Azur Lane so I took it upon myself to do one for Kancolle.

Due to the abrupt emergency nature of her creation, the period of her Early Access is drastically shortened compared her sisters, though 100 buzz more expensive than the v2s. I also composed her skirt to a single tag called the prigenskirt.
