General recommendation: Keeping the Lora at strength 1 should be fine in most scenarios. If you find that your results are not varied enough though, lowering the strength to 0.8, or 0.7 can help with that, though it will make the character knowledge weaker of course.

For the outfit, it will usually get most parts correctly on its own, however you will probably need to prompt the tail, the lightning ahoge and the hair intakes yourself. Additionally, to make sure to get the hip details correctly, specifying "thigh boots" and "leotard" can help.
