Mara - Blackstar (1981 Cartoon) - Pony

Presenting Mara, of the 1981 Cartoon 'Blackstar'

I can't say much about this series. I grew up in the time of He-Man and Transformers as
they aired, but Blackstar was always sort of on TV in between where I lived, and it didn't
get shown very often. However I remember one of my friends being obsessed with the show.
He had the toys with the the star and power sword you could merge together.
On time he bought me a Demon figure from the actual show. They were fun to have around.

Anyhow back to Mara. She is a sorceress from the planet Sagar, and John Blackstar's
love interest apparently. I vaguely remember a green elf hanging around her too lol.
