Harem Hotel Main Character Pack

こんにちは！ 私にとってストレージ容量は常に限られているため、欲しいキャラクターごとに217MBのLoRaを抱えるのがうんざりだったので、キャラクターパック を作ることにしました。

私のすべてのLoRaは、Base Pony をベースに、AutismMix Confetti および Pony Realism でテストしています。

このLoRaは、RuneyのHarem Hotel の8人の主要な女性キャラクター用です。異なる衣装での訓練を試みましたが、正しくプロンプトされるよう努めましたが、主な焦点は外見とスタイルの再現に置きました。以下の衣装用プロンプトを提供します。

私のすべてのLoRaで、私が見つけたベストプラクティスは以下の通りです：

強度

オリジナルスタイル：1.0 で十分です。選んだエポックでは、背景に対する過学習も発生しません。

代替3D/アニメスタイル：0.8 を普段使用しています。0.7未満に下げると顔の類似性が失われるため、それ以下にはしません。これは、生成が難しい構図・コンセプト・照明スタイルにも使用する強度です。

リアル：0.6–0.7 が最適です。それ以上にするとスタイルの滲みが発生し、それ以下にすると類似性が失われすぎます。適切な結果を得るために、ネガティブプロンプトに「in the style of harem hotel, 3d, cgi」を追加してください。

その他の設定

何よりもまず：私はこのモデルにはadetailerが必須だと考えています。adetailerなしでは、それなりに良い顔は生成できますが、真の類似性は得られません。私の個人的な経験では、キャラクターパックを使用する際のトレードオフです。

オリジナルおよびアニメスタイルでは、Euler A を使用し、リアルスタイルでは、DPM++ 2M SDE Karras を個人的に使用しています。

通常、30〜50ステップを使用しています。ライトニングまたはターボモデルでの動作は不明です（使用していないため）。

CFGは好み次第ですが、私は6程度に固定しています。

広範なテストの結果、さまざまなチェックポイント、テキスト逆転、他のLoRaとの互換性は非常に高いです。

一部のケースで、Mariaのスラット衣装の唇の痕が過学習していることがあります。他のキャラクターに奇妙な頬のマークが現れる場合は、「tattoo, face markings, lipstick mark」をネガティブプロンプトに追加してください。これはこのモデルの最初のトレーニング時に主な問題でしたが、このバージョンではほぼ修正されています。

それでは、プロンプトです。管理が大変な場合があるため、CivitAI Helper（このページの内容をモデルカードに自動保存し、トリガーを追加）を使うか、ForgeまたはAuto1111でスタイルとして追加することをお勧めします。ComfyUIにも同様の解決策があります。

Lin:
