Rubbing the cockhead.

Warning: This one can be finicky! Works about half the time so some fidgeting around may be needed. I was able to get some nice results though. A tip (no pun intended) would be to keep the strength at 1 and mess around with the wording of some of the keywords (couldn't quite 100% figure it out to be fully consistent myself. Let me know if you do!)

Also you may want to add "Headless" in the negative prompts, that helped a little for me.
