Ichijou Ririka skirt lora for illustrious

I planned to use this together with ChameleonAI's Ririka LoRa for pony which seems to work fine with illustrious models too. I just couldn't get the skirt right using that one so I made this. Seems like the lora also picked up enough of the character traits to be used alone too.
