Model description

This workflow is for swapping a character's head from a reference image into a video, while keeping the video's original action and background. The core of the workflow is still wan2.2 animate, and you can find the important details in the testing and usage instructions below.

💻I've already set up an ➡️ AI application and the complete ➡️ workflow for you. You can use the AI app to quickly try out the swapping effect, or you can use the full workflow to modify parameters and get many different results.

🎁Bonus: If you're signing up for the first time, you can get 1,000 free RH Coins by using my link and the invite code ➡️rh-v1182. Plus, you'll get another 100 RH Coins for logging in daily.

🚀Workflow Testing and Usage Instructions:

1. You can download the several Loras used in this workflow from this link.

2. In this round of testing, I tried different schedulers and sampling steps, and I ultimately preset it to use flowmatch_distill with 4 sampling steps. When using other schedulers, the reference character's consistency tends to degrade to varying degrees, which isn't ideal when the main goal is swapping the head. Of course, you can still experiment with other schedulers and sampling steps.

3. The lightx2v_elite_it2v_animate_face Lora is a big help for maintaining the reference character's consistency. I recommend using a strength value between 1.2 and 1.5. However, using a higher strength can sometimes cause unpredictable textures in the swapped area. To solve this, I've preset a pixel restoration group that you can use to fix some of these video details. If you have enough VRAM on your local machine, or if you're using this workflow online, I also recommend using a 48G GPU to upscale the video for a clearer result.

4. For other operational details, please see the notes inside the workflow.
