About this version
Model description
I am admittedly kind of a noob at this, but if you enjoy my humble work, any donations are greatly appreciated: https://ko-fi.com/insult_to_ninjary
Your generosity helps me stay motivated to keep improving and to keep trying new things!
At a Glance:
Style: Realistic
Works with LoRAs?: It should (I don't use a ton of realistic LoRAs, but it seemed ok!)
VAE: vae-ft-mse-840000-ema-pruned is baked (but you can override if desired)
Clip skip: 1 or 2 (experiment with both!)
Hires. fix: use non-default upscaler; denoising strength 0.5 - 0.4
Description:
I haven't been able to make a realistic merge that I'm totally satisfied with, so I decided to try one more. Like my other ones, this one didn't come out quite as good as I hoped it would, but it's still decent enough to share.
It's got a bit of a different vibe than my other realistic models for sure, but it's kind of hard to put it into words precisely. I feel it has a tendency to produce women that look a little bit more model-ish, and women that kind of have Asian-ish features, even if they're not Asian. This is not universal though, just sort of a trend I noticed while testing the model. With good prompting, you should still be able to get a variety of appearances.
The downside, of course, is hands and fingers (surprise, surprise...). Certain hand positions/poses usually come out pretty good, but others can be pretty rough. Luckily, the hand model in adetailer occasionally does an ok job at fixing the hands and salvaging your picture, but it can also be pretty hit and miss.
The face model in adetailer, as always, works relatively well, but I feel that while adetailer makes the faces look better, it also makes them look noticeably more samey and generic than what the model does by itself. So if your face came out pretty well from the start, it's a tradeoff if refining the fine details is worth it in exchange for losing some of the uniqueness of the appearance.
Troubleshooting:
- In general, the biggest issue you're going to come across is problems with anatomy - hands, fingers, etc. Sometimes just some general weirdness. If you have issues, just try your best with all the usual fixes - different prompting, use a different VAE, try different clip skip values, use adetailer, inpaint, etc.
Outro:
If you make anything awesome, please consider posting them to the gallery! That goes for all of my models! I really like seeing what kind of stuff you all are able to make!
If you have any questions, feel free to ask! I will try my best to help! Also, if you have any ideas for future models, please don't hesitate to share them with me!
